October Bead Journal project – completed! (leafy!!!)

Well last night at 9:45 pm, I finished my girl:

The front is faceless this time – much to the annoyance of my husband and daughter who again think it’s “creepy” (DH has always thought these are creepy tho, so he doesn’t count).

The main issue is I LOVE this fabric – LOVE – did you hear me LOVE! So, I just couldn’t cover it up. I finally decided to “enhance” one swirl in front, but that was all.

The fringe in back was really fun and I will definitely do it again! yay!

I think she just has her eyes closed and has nothing to say at the moment…that’s why there’s no face 🙂 The fabric is beautiful, and I love your beaded additions.

Your ‘teaser’ pic on the BJP blog doesn’t do this piece justice! Very cool! And fabric is to love!!

Wow, I love this doll! I beg to differ that she has no face, I see eyes peeking out. I also love her fringe/hair on the back. I love the fabric too! Hard to cover it up, I know, I’ve been having that dilemma with some of my spirit dolls too.
    Beautiful!

Love her – that fabric is fantastic. I really do see a face there – see – there are the eyebrows. She’s not faceless after all!
