Share Happy Wednesday! lots going on, so much that I didn’t have time (gasp!) for Tacky Tuesday – so it will be back next week! The first HUGE news is that I’ve posted the photos of the Denver Art Museum Crazy Quilts. I’m going to be adding more and more background information on them, but that [...] ShareI spent the day yesterday away from the computer – hooray! So I have a lot to show for it. I made HUGE progress on my journal cover. I think today (or tomorrow at the latest) I’ll be done and I’m finally happy with it (I know, shocking). My friend Rhonda pointed out the spider [...] ShareWe just got back from a wonderful trip to South Dakota and I really enjoyed the time in the car stitching. Some of you may remember the book cover I’m working on. I just hated the design on the one side, I tried to dye it, and all sorts of things…finally I just edited it [...] Share This week has been all about adjustments. The kids went back to school. While I miss them, it’s nice to return to a proper work day. That’s “if” I could adjust to a proper work day. Instead I’m sort of lost. I realized in my last couple of posts that I’m uncharacteristically negative and bitter. There are more to come, but this was the first one…fairly easy and pretty spiffy results, eh? It’s done with peyote stitch. Then, my round robin block finally came home.
